Our mission is three-fold:

協働チャリティー事業

1)
Facilitate and Sponsor the Spiritual Development of the American People through Private Consultations, Public Talks, and Meditation Retreats with His Holiness Gayuna Cealo for the Promotion of Peace

Gayuna Cealo is a Buddhist monk of the Myanmar (Burma) Theravaden tradition. His private consultations
center on helping people to find peace in their own lives. Using the middle path, the Buddha's path, as the
foundation of his teachings, he shares his compassion, love, charity, and detachment.

2)
Sponsor Gayuna Cealo's Works of Compassion in Myanmar, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and other Third World Countries

Several times a year His Holiness Cealo travels to Cambodia and Sri Lanka to aid the children and people in these countries. His charitable works include construction of orphanages, meditation centers, wells, irrigation projects, and bridges. His works of compassion also include maintenance and operation of several orphanages, feeding needy families and children (usually over 500 families and 1000 children per visit), and making donations to local nonprofit organizations performing similar works of compassion.

3)
Organize Local Direct Action Activities such as Distributing Prayer Tablets and Peace Candles, Meeting Monthly for Full Moon Meditations, and Participating in Special Heart Expo Events

There are many local programs and projects operating under the guidance of Gayuna Cealo which support development of spirituality and inner peace including monthly full moon meditations, heart expo events, distributing prayer tablets and peace candles, organizing local fund raising activities and craft making parties, and other activities where we join together as a community.

These programs create bridges between compassionate people locally with like-minded communities of people around the world. All these programs and projects in the US were begun and are maintained by volunteers inspired by the model of His Holiness Gayuna Cealo's Journey of Compassion, his spiritual development programs, and his works of compassion. The fund raising programs operated in the US support all aspects of Cealo’s Journey.
